       I, Bernard W. Schranze, attorney for the defendant, hereby certify that the parties

conferred in advance of the filing of the motion of defendants for an order compelling production

of documents. The conference was held by way of a letter to Attorney Jeffrey S. Glassman dated

April 14, 2022, in which I requested that he notify me within 14 days of receipt of the letter if he

had any objection to the request so that we could confer and hopefully resolve any issues. He
