THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at
1:30 p.m. on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Disposition pursuant to Rule 7.135, and all parties
having been duly noticed and the Court having heard argument from counsel for the Plaintiff and
counsel for the Defendant, and the Court having reviewed the complete file including all
attachments thereto, including all statements, and the Defendant failing to file any response to
said Motion, and finding that there is no triable issue of law or fact and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED THAT:
Summary Disposition be entered in favor of the Plaintiff, SIMMONS BANK, and against
the Defendant, CHRISTOPHER D. DOTSON, for the sum of $6,053.26 in principal, plus court
costs of $380.85 and attorney’s fees of $900.00, totaling $7,334.11 which shall bear interest at
the applicable statutory rate as set forth by Florida Statute §55.03, for all of which let execution
issue.
