Enforce Settlement Agreement filed by Plaintiff, QP Sienna LLC. After considering the Motion,
the response, if any, by any other party, and the argument of the parties, the Court is of the
opinion that such Motion should be granted. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the Motion to Enforce Settlement is GRANTED. It is further,
ORDERED, that Plaintiff receive $49,000.00 from Defendants Wytex BTS, Inc., Brad
Neff, Spring Daycare, LLC, and Austin Daycare, LLC fka Missouri City Properties, LLC; it is
further,
ORDERED, that Plaintiff receive $20,000.00 from Independent Steel Erectors, Inc.,
which is currently held by counsel for Wytex BTS, Inc.; it is further,
ORDERED, that Plaintiff receive $20,000.00 from Fick Co. Inc. dba J-Tech Mechanical;
it is further,
ORDERED, that Plaintiff receive $1,000.00 from Western States Fire Protection
Company; it is further,
ORDERED, that Plaintiffs claims against Defendants Winland Realty Cypress, LLC,
Spring Daycare, LLC, Austin Daycare, LLC fka Missouri City Properties, LLC and Wytex BTS,
