This matter having come before the Court 0n May 26, 2022 for a final fairness hearing

pursuant t0 the Order of this Coun dated January 25, 2022, granting preliminary approval
24
(“Preliminary Approval Order”) ofthe class and representative action settlement upon the terms set
25
forth in the Joint Stipulation re: Class Action and Representative Action Settlement Agreement
26
(“Settlement Agreement”) submitted in support 0f Motion for Preliminary Approval of the Class
27
and Representative Action Settlement and Certifying Class for Settlement Purposes; and due and

adequate notice having been given t0 the Class Members as required in the Preliminary Approval
Order; and the Court having considered all papers filed and proceedings had herein and otherwise
being fully informed and good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED
AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Motion for Final Approval of Class Action and Representative Action
Settlement; Service Award; and Reasonable Attorneys’ Fees and Costs is hereby granted in its
entirety.
2. All terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Settlement
Agreement.
10 3. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter 0f this litigation and over all
11 Panies t0 this litigation, including all Class Members.
12 4. For settlement purposes only, the Court certifies the following class: all current and
13 former non-exempt, hourly-paid employees who worked at any time for defendant Plant Prefab, Inc.
l4 from August 7, 2016 through December 6, 2021 (“Class Period”) in California (“Class Members”).
15 5. The parties released shall include defendant Plant Prefab together with its past and
16 present parents, subsidiaries, divisions, panners and affiliates, and their respective past and present
17 stockholders, officers, directors, employees including managers, attorneys and insurers, as well as
18 any other persons or entities who are alleged or could have been alleged t0 have been involved in
19 the conduct alleged, or sought t0 be alleged, at any time in the Action, defendant Bhattacharya, and
20 Barrett Business Services, Inc. (collectively, the “Released Parties”).
21 6. “Defendants” refers t0, collectively, defendant Plant Prefab Inc. and defendant Deep
22 Bhattacharya.
23 7. “Plaintiff” refers to plaintiff Elizabeth S. Turner.
24 8. Upon entry 0f this Order, entry 0f Judgment and payment by Defendants t0 the
25 Settlement Administrator of the full Gross Settlement Amount and Employer’s Taxes necessary t0
26 effectuate the Settlement, Plaintiff and all Participating Class Members release all Released Parties
27 from any and all claims, rights, demands, damages, liabilities, and causes of action, contingent 0r
28 vested, in law or in equity, including Without limitation alleged Violations of any state 0r federal
