[WSED] JUDGMENT MY PILLOW INC, a corporation; and DOES 1 through 100, inclusive, Defendants. 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 26 27 28 1 JUDGMENT JUDGMENT Pursuant to the Order Granting Final Approval 0f the Class Action and Representative Action Settlement, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: 1. Judgment in this matter is entered in accordance with the Court’s Order Granting Motion for Final Approval 0f Class and Representative Action Settlement (“Order Granting Final Approval”) and the parties’ Joint Stipulation Re: Class Action and PAGA Action Settlement (“Settlement Agreement”). A11 terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Settlement Agreement. 1. The “Settlement Class” is comprised of all current and former individuals engaged 10 to demonstrate Defendant My Pillow, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) product at Costco stores from May 17, ll 2017 through the date 0f preliminary approval (“Class Period”) in California (“Class Members“). 12 2. Zero (0) Class Members opted out 0f the Settlement and zero (0) Class Members l3 obj ected t0 the Settlement; thus, all Class Members are Participating Class Members. 14 3. Within five (5) business days of this Court’s Order Granting Final Approval, the Settlement Administrator will provide Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel with the account 16 information so that Defendant can wire the Maximum Settlement Amount 0f $596,510.74 and the 17 Employer Taxes, and Defendant shall wire said amounts within fifteen (15) business days 0f 18 receiving the account inf0rmation. 19 4. A11 funds shall be distributed to the Settlement Administrator, Class Counsel, 20 Plaintiff, the LWDA, Participating Class Members, Aggrieved Employees pursuant to the Order 21 Granting Final Approval. 22 5. Checks issued to Participating Class Members and Aggrieved Employees will remain 23 valid for a period of 1 80 calendar days after they issue, and shall be cancelled thereafter. Uncashed 24 checks will go to the Legal Aid t0 Work fund to be used to benefit workers in San Bernardino County. 6. Upon entry 0f this Judgment by the Court and payment of the Maximum Settlement Amount of $59635 I 0.74, as well as the Employer’s Taxes, and in exchange for the consideration provided by this Settlement, Class Representative and Panicipating Class Members, shall have, 2 JUDGMENT
