                               PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO APPOINT SPECIAL PROCESS SERVER

                          Pursuant to 4(c) of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff moves that the

                 Court appoint Ruben Roberto, and/or any agent, servant and employee of Proof, a disinterested

                 party that is over the age of 18, as special process server for the purpose of serving the

                 Defendant, Arora, Inc. d/b/a Benton Park Package Store, in this action.
