the amount of $142,061.25, plus interest and cost of suit. Channel Partners Capital, LLC has applied for a Writ
of Garnishment against you, the said Garnishee: Allegiance Bank N/K/A Stellar Bancorp, Inc...

service hereof, then and there to answer up on oath what, if anything, you are indebted to the said Sand Tech
Management, LLC; John Taylor and were this writ served upon you, and what effects, if any of the said Sand
Tech Management, LLC; John Taylor you have in your possession, and had when this writ was served, and
