COMMENCEMENT OF ACTION SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ELECTRONIC FILING to
DEBORAH B HENRY at 6976 MAY RD, CONESUS, NY 14435 in the manner indicated below:
SUITABLE AGE PERSON: By delivering a true copy of said documents to Allen Henry, Occupant / Refused Relationship, a
person of suitable age and discretion. Said premises is defcñdset 's dwelling place within the state. An approximate description of
Allen Henry is as follows:
Sex: Male Color of skin/race: White Color of hair: Gray Age: 70 Height: 5 ft 10 in Weight: 215 lbs.
The deponent asked whether DEBORAH B HENRY was in active military service of the United States or the State of New York in any capacity or if they
are financially acpcadcat on anyone in the military and received no answer. The deponent was unable to determine if DEBORAH B HENRY is in the
military or is financially dependent on someone in active military service of the United Statesor the State of New York as that term is defined in the
statutes of New York State of the Federal Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act.
On 01/03/2020, deponent mailed a copy of the above listed documents to DEBORAH B HENRY at 6976 MAY RD,
CONESUS, NY, 14435. The documents were enclosed in a 1st Class postpaid properly addressed envelope not indicating that
Confidential"
the mailing was from an attorney or concerned legal action and marked "Personal and in an official depository
under the exclusive care and custody of the United States Post Office.
Comments: Allen Henry refused to accept the deenmeñts, ordered me off the property and stated "Deb get my phone". He then
called the Livingston County Sheriffs Department and within moments a sheriffs deputy and NYSP Trooper arrived on scene.
The sheriffs deputy and trooper would not allow me to walk up and drop serve but the sheriffs deputy did allow me to drop
serve on the front lawn while Allen Henry watched. The defendants last name is also on the mail box on the side of the road in
front of the house. The Sheriffs Deputy stated that Allen Henry was the one that called the Livingston County Sheriffs Office.
