DECREED that the current trial setting of September 25, 2023 be vacated and that this case be reset
on for trial on December 11, 2023.

to draft and agree to a new Docket Control Order commensurate with the December 11, 2023 trial date.
The Docket Control Order shall be submitted to the Court no later than September 11, 2023 unless
