           Upon the foregoing documents, it is hereby ordered that the motions of non-parties Tokio Marine
           HHC, Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB. Capital One National Association, Deutsche Bank
           Trast Company Americas, Zurich American Insurance Company, and Ladder Capital Corp. to
           seal certain documents and exhibits are granted in part, solely to the extent of ordering parties to
           redact the home addresses of non-parties, 2 well as all but the last four digits of social security
           numbers and bank accounts, and are otherwise denied.

           It is well-settled that in New York there is a “strong presumption favoring the media and public’s
           right of access to nonconfidential court records.” Danco Labs. Lid. v Chem. Works of Gedeon
           Richter, Ltd., 274 AD2d 1 (1st Dept 2000).

           “The party seeking to seal documents must demonstrate compelling circumstances, A finding of
           “good cause’ presupposes that public access to the documents at issue will likely result in harm
           to a compelling interest of the movant, and that no alternative to sealing can adequately protect
           the threatened interest.” Mancheski v Gabelli Grp. Cap. Partners. 39 AD3d 499, 502 (2nd Dept
           2007).
           Here, the non-parties have failed to demonstrate a compelling interest in favor of wholesale
           sealing that outweighs the public’s right to access and the presumption in favor of open judicial
           proceedings. The Court notes that “neither the potential for embarrassment or damage to
           reputation, nor the general desire for privacy, constitutes good cause to seal court records.”
           Mosallem v Berenson, 76 AD3d 345, 351 (1st Dept 2010).

           Here, outside of the publication of full bank account numbers, social security numbers, or the
           home addresses of non-parties, the movants have failed to identify confidential information of
           any nature, much fess a compelling nature, to justify wholesale sealing.

           Thus, the motions of movants Tokio Marine HHC, Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB,
           Capital One National Association, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, Zurich American
           Insurance Company, and Ladder Capital Corp. to seal certain documents and exhibits are granted
           solely to the extent of ordering the parties to redact the home addresses of non-parties, as well as
           all but the last four digits of social security numbers and bank accounts. and are otherwise
           denied, and the Clerk is hereby directed to enter judgment accordingly.              =>
