Pelican Isle Apartments are claiming | have an unauthorized male residing with me in my apartment which | do not, my boyfriend provided management with a copy of his lease with utilities included as they requested and are still pursing eviction Management refused to except my rent payments for both February and March and terminated my lease immediately, | have reached out to them many times tried to negotiate they will not even speak with me. | had responded to my notice to cure and | responded to my notice to vacate and now | am responding to my notice of complaint with the courts. |ama Single mother of three children ages 10, 8 and 6 and | receive.no child support from my ex-husband. My boyfriend helps me with the children so that | can work and provide for them. He does frequently come over to help with the children but does not stay more than 7 consecutive nights per the lease. | have paid my rent on time for the almost 4 years | have been living at Pelican Isles. | am in the process of looking for other places to live due to the continuous harassment by the maintenance supervisor and management but | simply could not vacate in 7 days notice when | received that notice. | simply just need more time to find a place and move I'm not even asking the courts to reinstate or renew my lease with pelican Isle as | said due to the continual harassment | was not planning on renewing my lease which was ended in July 2021 but to ask a single mother of three children to vacate their home within seven days is absolutely absurd especially during Covid | thought | would atleast till the end of my lease terms to find a place that was affordabl indisafe for me and my children = Please take this into consideration Have a Blessed day Avery Hill 400 Turtle Run Dr #104 Sebastian, FL 32958 407-818- 7 Yrevalynn@yahoo.com foo Ja ou(nin\ed CPUS frrorney
