filing fee in the amount of $320.85 and a service fee of $0.00, said court costs totaling $320.85, for a
total amount owed of $5,032.48.
In satisfaction of the obligation outlined in Paragraph 1, the Defendant agrees to make payments to
Plaintiff in accordance with the following payment schedule:

In the event Defendant defaults on any payment as hereinabove provided in the payment schedule
contained in Paragraph Two (2), the Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a Final Judgment in the full"
amount then due and owing as provided in Paragraph One (1) above, plus costs, plus interest which

shall accrue on the judgment at the statutory rate in accordance with section 55.03, Florida Statutes,
minus credit for any payments made under the terms of this stipulation. The application for Final

the presentation to the Court of a swom certificate by Plaintiff showing the correct amount remaining
unpaid, and costs, if any.
Plaintiff reserves the right to accept late and partial payments without waiving its rights under the
terms of this agreement. Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and
signed by both parties to this agreement.
