JERLABAN, a resident of the County of San Francisco, State of California, declare this to be
my Will. I revoke all other prior wills and codicils.
1.2 Family: I am married to BERNARDINO S. JERLABAN.

ARTICLE TWO
Gift
of Estate
2.1 By the provisions of this article, I intend to dispose of all my property of every
kind, character, and description and wheresoever situated, over which I have the power of
testamentary disposition at the time of my death. I do not intend, however, to exercise any
power of testamentary disposition over any property that is in the Trust Estate created by the
JERLABAN FAMILY TRUST initially created April 29, 1996. It is my intent that said Trust
Estate property be held, divided, administered or distributed after my death in accordance with
the Provisions of said Trust, or any amendments made to the Trust after my death.
ARTICLE THREE
Real Property and Personal Property
3.1 I give all of my real property and personal property to the Trustee of the
JERLABAN FAMILY TRUST, as part of the Trust, to be administered and disposed of as in
accordance with the provision of the Trust, or any amendments to the Trust. To the extent
permitted by Jaw, it is not my intent to create a separate trust by this Will or to subject the Trust
or the property added to it by this Will to the jurisdiction of the probate court.

Incorporation
of Trust
4.1 If for any reason that Trust is not in force at the time of my death, or if this gift,
devise and bequest to the then Trustee of that Trust is held invalid, then I direct that: this gift,
devise and bequest shall be held and managed in exactly the manner described in the instrument
of Trust now in existence and by the same Trustee, and for that purpose only, I hereby
incorporate that instrument of Trust, as it now stands, by reference to this, my LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT.
ARTICLE FIVE
Appointment of Fiduciaries
, 3.1 Nomination of Executor and Successors: I nominate as Executor of this Will
those named below. Each Successor Executor shall act in the order designated if the prior
designated Executor fails to qualify or ceases to act:
FIRST: BERNARDINO S. JERLABAN
SECOND: CONRADO REYES ATENTO
THIRD: CECILIA BERMUDEZ
FOURTH: ADORACION TIGMO
5.2 Waiver
of Bond: No bond shall be required of any Executor named in this Will
for any purpose.
ARTICLE SIX
Powers and Duties of Fiduciaries
6.1 General Powers and Duties of. Executor: The Executor shall have all of the
powers and duties granted to an Executor by law, specifically including but not limited to the
powers enumerated in this article and elsewhere in the Will. To the extent permitted by law,
the Executor shall exercise these powers without prior authorization from the Court having
jurisdiction of my estate. The enumeration of a power places the Executor under no obligation
to exercise it and the Executor shall not be liable for the failure to exercise any power.
6.2 Executor’s Power to Sell or Lease Property: The Executor shall have the power
to sell all or any part of the property of my estate at public or private sale, with or without

notice, or to lease or grant options to purchase the same upon such terms as the Executor deems
proper.
ARTICLE SEVEN
No
Contest
7A Contest: If any beneficiary under this Will in any manner, directly or indirectly,
contests or attacks this Will or any of its provisions, any share or interest in my Estate given
to that contesting beneficiary under this Will is revoked and shall be disposed of in the same
manner provided herein as if that beneficiary had predeceased me.
7.2 Disinheritance: Except as otherwise provided in the JERLABAN FAMILY
TRUST, I have intentionally and with full knowledge omitted to provide for any of my heirs,
or persons claiming to be my heirs, living at the date of my death, whether or not known to me.
ARTICLE EIGHT
8.1 Signature Clause: I subscribe my name to this Will at San Francisco, California,
on April 29, 1996.

was, at the date thereof, by CELIA R. JERLABAN signed as and declared to be the testator’s
Will in the presence of us and each of us, all being present at the same time, who, at the
testator’s request and in the testator’s presence and in the presence of each other, have
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
(b) At the time the testator signed the foregoing instrument and declared it to be the
testator’s Will, the testator was over the age of eighteen (18) years and appeared to be of sound
mind.
