BE IT REMEMBERED that THOMAS R. BAKKEDAHL, State Attorney for the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, prosecuting for the State of Florida, in Indian River
County, under oath, information makes that in Indian River County:
COUNT 1: On or about July 20, 2021 Jeremy Dominique Cobb did knowingly be in actual or
constructive possession of a controlled substance, to-wit: cocaine or a mixture containing
cocaine, in violation of Florida Statute 893.13(6)(a);
COUNT 2: On or about July 20, 2021 Jeremy Dominique Cobb did sell, manufacture, deliver, or
possess with the intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver cocaine, or any mixture containing such
substance, in, on, or within 1,000 feet ofa physical place of worship at which a church or
religious organization regularly conducts religious services, in violation of Florida Statute
893.13()(e);
contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Florida.
