20 Consent Judgment filed on May 6, 2002, as follows:
21 1 Line 13, paragraph 4 will be titled “Voluntary Payment in Support of Environmental
22 Education” and deleting the current title: “ Additional Payment in Lieu of Civil
23 Penalties.”
24 Lines 13-14, paragraph 4: The first line of this paragraph shall read “Within ten (10) days
25 of the Effective Date of this Agreement, AMERICAN GRANBY agrees to make a
26 voluntary payment in support of environmental education in the amount of $40,000 to
27 AYS.” and deleting the current first line: “Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date of
28 this Agreement, AMERICAN GRANBY agrees to make an additional payment in lieu of

American Granby agrees to release all funds withheld and ordered under the Consent
