                   MOTION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT


TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

      COMES          NOW,      Plaintiffs       LAKE   CONROE      HOME       OWNERS

ASSOCIATION,         INC., (‘Plaintiff’), and files this its Motion for Entry of Default

Judgment against Defendant JORDAN DUKE (“Defendant”) and in support thereof

would show the Court the following:

       1      This matter is ripe for the entry of a default judgment due to Defendant

failing to answer or otherwise appear after being served with process.     Accordingly,

pursuant to Rule 239 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff moves for the

entry of a default judgment.    The following facts support Plaintiff's motion.

      2       Defendant was served with process in this matter on January 4, 2021.

The return citation has been on file with the court for over ten days.
