It is Ordered and Notice is given that on April 5, 2023, at 10:30 AM, a hearing will be held in
this Court at the Waseca County Courthouse, 307 North State St., Waseca, Minnesota, on
Michael Roehr’s Trustee Karen Messner’s PETITION FOR REMOVAL OF TRUSTEE,
APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, ACCOUNTING AND OTHER RELIEF.
Any objections to the Petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the
hearing. If the Petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be
granted.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 501C.0203, subd. 2, notice shall be given to the current trustees and
qualified beneficiaries in the manner set forth under Rule 4 of the Rules of Civil Procedure by
serving a copy of the order for hearing and the petition at least 15 days prior to the hearing unless
waived in writing by the current trustees and the qualified beneficiaries.
