AGREED JUDGMENT
On this day, M.L. Carpet and Remodeling Services, LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Asset Living,
LLC (“Asset”) and BW Hickory Ranch LLC d/b/a The Harrison Apartments (“Harrison”)
(collectively, the “Defendants”) have advised this Court that they have agreed to the entry of this
Agreed Judgment. Therefore, this Court finds that this Agreed Judgment should be entered.
The Court further finds that the Plaintiff has a valid Mechanic’s Lien to the extent of $51,774.50
against the real property commonly known as the Luna Apartments, located 7905 Marvin D Love
Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75237, and legally described as “Lot 7, Block A/7544, Wheatland Village”
In the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas (the “‘Property”).
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DEGREED that the Agreed Judgment is
granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DEGREED that Plaintiff have judgment
against Defendants, jointly and severally, for the sum of $51,774.50, together with court costs in
the amount of $366.00, and reasonable and necessary attorney fees in the amount of $1,850.35.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DEGREED that the Plaintiff recover its debt,
damages and costs, with a foreclosure of the Plaintiff’s lien on the Property subject thereto, and
that an Order of Sale shall issue to any sheriff or constable within the State of Texas, directing him
to seize and sell the same as under execution, in satisfaction of the judgment; and if, the property
cannot be found, or if the proceeds of such sale be insufficient to satisfy the judgment, then to take
the money or any balance thereof remaining unpaid, out of any other property of the defendant, as
in case of ordinary executions.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DEGREED that all costs herein are taxed
against Defendants, jointly and severally.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADIUDGED, AND DEGREED that all sums awarded herein shall
bear post judgment interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum from the date of this Judgment, until
paid in full.
Plaintiff is allowed such writs and processes as may be necessary in the collection or enforcement
of this judgment. A11 other relief not expressly granted in this judgment is denied.
This judgment is final, disposes of all claims, and is appealable.
