LLC., as follows: 1. The Property Owners were first added as defendants in this action pursuant to a Second Amended Petition filed by Plaintiffs earlier today. 2. As Plaintiffs have acknowledged, the Property Owners own the various properties referenced in Plaintiffs’ pleadings, including the six properties as to which Plaintiffs filed notices of lis pendens (the “Lis Pendens”) which are the subject of the Motion to Expunge. 3. For the reasons set forth in the Motion to Expunge, the Lis Pendens should be expunged pursuant to Texas Property Code § 12.0071(a). WHEREFORE, the Property Owners hereby join in the Motion to Expunge and request that the Court expunge the Lis Pendens.
