COMES NOW, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., Plaintiff in the above entitled and
numbered cause, by and through its attorney of record, Michael A. Moss, and files this its Motion to
Retain Case on Docket.
l. On March 16, 2022, Plaintiff filed its Original Petition with the Court.
2. Plaintiff received a notice from the court notifying Plaintiff that there was no service and
that the case had been set on the Dismissal Docket for February 13, 2023.
3. Plaintiff is attempting to obtain service of Defendant and requests that this case be
retained on the Court’s docket to allow time to complete service.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Plaintiff prays that its Motion to Retain
Case on Docket be granted and that this cause be retained on the docket of this Court so that service
may be completed. This motion is not being sought for delay only, but so thatjustice may be done.
