Before the Court is Defendants Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Wyndham Hotel Group,
LLC, and Hawthorn Suites Franchising, Inc.’s (“Wyndham Defendants”) Motion for Summary
Judgment. After having considered the Motion, Plaintiffs’ Response, Wyndham Defendants’
arguments in Reply, as well as the evidence and applicable law, the Court finds that the Motion is
not well-taken and must be denied in its entirety.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Wyndham
Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby DENIED in its entirety.
