Before the Court is Defendant Tasacom Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Hawthorn Suites Dallas
Love Field’s Motion to Sever and Abate Plaintiffs’ Alter Ego Claims from Underlying Liability
Claims. After considering the written submissions and oral arguments of counsel, the Court finds
that the Motion is not well-taken and it is denied.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that Defendant Tasacom Real Estate,
LLC d/b/a Hawthorn Suites Dallas Love Field’s Motion to Sever and Abate Plaintiffs’ Alter Ego
