I, Jason Hopkins, file this Motion in Support of David S. Sager’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice
Admission before this Court and respectfully state:
1. Applicant David S. Sager (“Applicant”) has filed a sworn Motion for Pro Hac Vice
Admission in the above-titled and numbered cause of action in accordance with Rule XIX of the
Rules Governing Admission to the Bar of Texas.
2. I am associated with David S. Sager in connection with this proceeding. I am
