INTERLOCUTORY DEFAULT JUDGMENT
On the day of , 2023 , the above-entitled and numbered
cause came on to be heard wherein Tony Evans, Sr., and Aretha Evans, individually and on behalf
of their minor son, T.E., deceased, Faith Tanksley, on behalf of her minor son, T.E., III,
individually and on behalf of his father, T.E., deceased, and Deon Williams, are Plaintiffs and
Tasacom Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Hawthorn Suites Dallas Love Field, Hawthorn Suites Franchising,
Inc., Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Mohammad Sadiq Noshahi, Diamond Staffing, LLC,
Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Tasacom Technologies, Inc., Sanjeev Jain, and Mmarooful Choudhury
are Defendants. Plaintiffs appeared in person and by their attorney of record and announced ready
for trial. Defendants Tasacom Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Hawthorn Suites Dallas Love Field, Hawthorn
Suites Franchising, Inc., Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Mohammad Sadiq Noshahi, Diamond
Staffing, LLC, Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Tasacom Technologies, Inc. and Sanjeev Jain have

appeared by filing a written answer; however, Defendant Mmarooful Choudhury, although duly
and legally cited to appear and answer, failed to appear and answer and wholly made default.
The Court, being of the opinion that Defendant Mmarooful Choudhury has by his default
admitted the allegations of the Plaintiffs’ lawsuit, that the cause of action sued on is unliquidated
and not proven by an instrument in writing, and that Defendant Tasacom Real Estate, LLC d/b/a
Hawthorn Suites Dallas Love Field, Hawthorn Suites Franchising, Inc., Wyndham Hotels & Resorts,
Inc., Mohammad Sadiq Noshahi, Diamond Staffing, LLC, Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Tasacom
Technologies, Inc. and Sanjeev Jain have filed an answer contesting the allegations of Plaintiffs’
lawsuit, makes the following orders:
IT IS, THERFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the material
allegations of Plaintiffs’ Petition be and the same are deemed admitted as to Defendant Mmarooful
Choudhury and Plaintiffs Tony Evans, Sr., and Aretha Evans, individually and on behalf of their
minor son, T.E., deceased, Faith Tanksley, on behalf of her minor son, T.E., III, individually and
on behalf of his father, T.E., deceased, and Deon Williams, shall have and recover of and from
Defendant Mmarooful Choudhury such sum of money as may be proven on the trial of this cause
as provided below.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the trial of this cause is postponed, to be set for trial in
the ordinary course of proceedings, at which time or such other time as may be proper, a final
judgment will be rendered, and this interlocutory judgment will be finalized in accord with that
judgment.
