Therefore, the Court ORDERS that the Motion for Substituted Service be GRANTED and hereby authorizes substituted service on Defendant Mmarooful Choudhury by any one of the following methods: a. By Delivering a true copy of the CITATION and PETITION and Order authorizing substituted service attached with anyone more than Sixteen (16) years of age at 625 Sunningdale, Richardson, Texas 75081, Q, b. By Attaching a true copy of the CITATION and PETITION and Order authorizing substituted service attached securely to the front door or entry way at 625 Sunningdale, Richardson, Texas 75081, and if the property is protected by a fence, by attaching securely to the gate at 625 Sunningdale, ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTED SERVICE - Page 1 of 2 Richardson, Texas 75081. Each of the authorized above-described methods is deemed reasonably effective to give Defendant notice of the suit and such service shall be deemed effective as of the date of compliance by Plaintiff. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the return of the person effectuating service must state when and how the citation was served, and must be signed by and sworn to or supported by a declaration made under penalty of perjury.
