ORDER
After considering Plaintiff‘s Motion for Substitute Service and the supporting
affidavit, the Court finds that the Plaintiff’s attempts to serve the Defendant have been
unsuccessful and find that the substituted service requested in Plaintiff s motion will be reasonably
effective to give Defendant Juan Manuel Santos notice of this suit.
Therefore, the court GRANTS the motion and authorizes substituted service upon
Defendant, Juan Manuel Santos, by leaving a true copy of the citation and attached petition: 1)
with anyone more than sixteen years of age; or 2) attached to the door of the Defendant Juan
Manuel Santos’s usual place of abode, 6903 Thornwood Dr., Dallas, TX 75227.
