Abatement, and the Court, having reviewed the papers on file in this cause and having heard
arguments, is of the opinion that said Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that Plaintiff's extra-contractual
allegations against Defendant are severed and abated under the new Cause Number 21-DCV-
280788-A; Avery Washington and Ramona Washington vs. GEICO County Mutual Insurance
Company.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendant pay the Court costs
associated with the new matter and supply the Court certified copies of the following documents
