TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
1) Plaintiff expects to call the following witnesses to testify at
trial.
a) Mr. Chad Prejean, Bob Bias or Nekia Cunningham, Custodian of the
Business Records and Trial Witness for Plaintiff, Ford Motor Credit Company,
LLC. Their address is 9930 Federal Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80921; Phone
number is (940) 235-7868. Mr. Prejean will testify at trial as to the facts
regarding the deficiency claim and that the subject vehicle was sold at auction in a
commercially reasonable manner. His testimony should last no longer than 20
minutes.
b) Kevin T. McGuire, witness for Plaintiff, 6260 Westpark Drive, suite 300L,
Houston, Texas 77057. Phone number is (501) 320-0234. Mr. McGuire, or
the appropriate local appearance counsel, will testify as to the attorney's fees
earned. Testimony should last no longer than 10 minutes.
