On June 5, 2021 at approximately 1610 hours | responded to a shoplifting investigation at the Walmart
located at 6294 Forest Hill Blvd, in the city of Greenacres FL 33415.
Upon arrival Loss prevention officer Goldson was typing her sworn statement along with a black male
detained for shoplifting by her tater identified as Maurice Buck. She advised of the following:
"I, Aliyah Goldson, Asset Protection Associate for Wal-Mart #01436 located at 6294 Forest Hill Blvd.
Greenacres, FL 33415 on 06/05/2021 at approximately 15:20 hours, | began to observe,by standby, The
suspect later identified as Maurice D. Buck, went into the pharmacy department and selected degree
crush which cost of .97 and the suspect then started ticket switching with other merchandise around the
store. The suspects then went to self-checkout and scanned the merchandise that was in their shopping
cart. The intended cost was $3.88. The suspects then passes all points of sale with only paying for the items
with the ticket switch of the degree crush tag. | approached the suspects with my Wal-Mart badge in hand
and with my witness, ( APA Tynesha and APA Louis ) close by at approximately 16:10 hours and |
introduced myself to them and the reason for the stop. | asked the suspects to follow me into the AP office.
Once in the AP office all merchandise was recovered and documented. Total value of merchandise
recovered is valued at $107.10 Wal-Mart wishes to Prosecute Wal-Mart wishes to Trespass’
Tynesha Hickman (DOB 12-01-1990) trespassed Buck from Walmart in my presence. | received video
tootage of the incident along with miscellaneous photos and training receipt . Buck advised he was sorry
about the incident and apologized to loss prevention officers. | told him why he was under arrest and he
signed for his court date. He was released on site out of the loss prevention office.
Case closed by arrest.
