attempts to serve defendant have been unsuccessful and find the substitute service requested in
plaintiff‘s motion will be reasonably effective to give Mauro G. Maldonado, notice of the suit.
Therefore, the court GRANTS the motion and authorizes substitute service on Mauro G.
Maldonado by any one of the following methods(s):

petition via First Class Mail t0 the address set forth herein, which Will be reasonably
effective to give the Defendant notice of this suit.
Each of the authorized above-described methods is reasonably effective to give Defendant
notice of the suit and such service shall be deemed effective as of the date of compliance by Plaintiff.
