                                     1.      BACKGROUND

       In this wage and hour class action lawsuit, Plaintiff Sonia Vivar sues her former

employer Defendant Tallgrass Talent Group, LLC,et al., a promotions and merchandising

company. Plaintiffs' work involved conducting product demonstrations, primarily at grocery

and liquor stores'.(Complaint, T9)

       Plaintiff commenced this action in the Superior Court for the State of California, County

of Los Angeles, on November 3, 2014. The operative Second Amended Complaint asserts the

following causes of action:(1) Failure to Pay Minimum Wage;(2) Failure to Reimburse
