Dear Judge Manor:
emergency hearing on the attached motion to
compel Phillipe Meyer’s deposition. On August 14, 2023, we alerted you that we were
Defendant 2300 River Oaks has abjectly disregarded your August 14 Order and refused
to produce any additional evidence or declaration in support of the Meade & Neese
retention. In light of these failures, we would ask for either an emergency hearing on
compelling Phillipe Meyer’s deposition or that you simply enter the Order on the motion
to show authority.
Defendant is taking every liberty to delay things in the hopes the Court will give it more
latitude to allow Meade & Neese to continue representing 2300 River Oaks and in the
hopes that the Court will continue the September trial. This Court should put an end to
these games and remove the lawyers that lack all authority to r
