17 Objector, Susan Roberta Russell, alleges as follows:
18 1. Objector is the successor trustee of The Solomon 1981
19 Trust. She became the successor trustee on the deaths of the
20 Settlors, Berton David Solomon (DOD November 18, 1989) and Shirley
21 Vermille Solomon (DOD August 29, 2014).
22 2. On October 8, 2014, objector filed a Petition for
23 Determination of Trust Assets pursuant to Probate Code Section
24 17200 (commonly referred to as a Heggstad petition) The petition,
25 was granted on December 23, 2014, and a certified copy of the
26 court's order was recorded in Los Angeles on January 27, 2015.
27 3. Subsequently, I sold the property. Escrow closed on June
28 25, 2015. A copy of the escrow closing statement is attached as
