admitting to the below facts. [was found to have committed the below acts, resulting from my (described) investigation.
On the 1 day of, june 2021 a 05:09 (Specifically include facts constituting cause for arrest.)
On 06/01/2021, I, Ofc. Bigtree #332, was operating as unit Al2. At approximately 0105
hours, I observed a white Nissan 4D bearing Florida tag: IT74UH exit the east entrance
of Jupiter West Plaza (6671 W. Indiantown Rd.). While exiting the parking lot onto N.
Central Blvd., the vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and proceeded onto N. Central
Blvd. This is a direct violation of F.S.S. 316.123(2) (a). For that reason, I initiated
a traffic stop on the vehicle which came to a rest at Bendross Rd./ S. Central Blvd.
I made contact with the driver and two occupants of the vehicle. The driver identified
himself as Barry Bond (W/M DOB: 06/29/1967). The two passengers identified themselves as
Summer Carroll (W/F DOB: 05/31/1980) and Worth Mccullough (B/M DOB: 07/07/1960). While
speaking with Carroll, she advised that she placed a crack pipe underneath the driver's
seat. For that reason, a search of the vehicle was conducted. The crack pipe which
Carroll described, was located underneath the driver’s seat where she admitted to
placing it.
Post Miranda, Carroll admitted that she did throw the metal smoking pipe with the
plastic bottle under the driver’s seat, however, denied any knowledge of the second pipe
which was located. Carroll also advised that she and Bond smoked crack cocaine together
earlier in the day at Carroll’s residence. Carroll was arrested for possession of drug
paraphernalia, pursuant to F.S.S. 893.147(1). Carroll was released on scene with a
notice to appear.
Both smoking pipes were collected and submitted as evidence. BWC used.

On 06/01/2021, I, Ofc. Bigtree #332, was operating as unit A12. At approximately 0105 hours, I observed a white

While exiting the parking lot onto N. Central Blvd., the vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and proceeded onto N.
Central Blvd. This is a direct violation of F.S.S. 316.123(2)(a). For that reason, I initiated a traffic stop on the
vehicle which came to a rest at Bendross Rd./ S. Central Blvd.
I made contact with the driver and two occupants of the vehicle. The driver identified himself as Barry Bond (W/M
DOB: 06/29/1967). The two passengers identified themselves as Summer Carroll (W/F DOB: 05/31/1980) and
Worth Mccullough (B/M DOB: 07/07/1960). While speaking with Carroll, she advised that she placed a crack pipe
underneath the driver's seat. For that reason, a search of the vehicle was conducted. The crack pipe which Carroll
described, was located underneath the driver's seat where she admitted to placing it. Additionally, a burnt metal
pipe, with copper scouring pad placed in one end, was located wedged directly next to the seat belt buckle of the
driver's seat. This type of pipe is commonly used to ingest crack cocaine. The location of the pipe was visible to
anyone who would have occupied the driver's seat. Additionally, anyone who would have buckled the seatbelt in the
driver's seat would have nearly had to touch the metal pipe in order to buckl

Bigtree #332, was operating as unit A12. At approximately 0105 hours, I observed a white Nissan 4D bearing Florida tag: IT74UH exit the east entrance of Jupiter West Plaza (6671 W. Indiantown Rd.). While exiting the parking lot onto N. Central Blvd., the vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and proceeded onto N. Central Blvd. This is a direct violation of F.S.S. 316.123(2)(a). For that reason, I initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle which came to a rest at Bendross Rd./ S. Central Blvd. I made contact with the driver and two occupants of the vehicle. The driver identified himself as Barry Bond (W/M DOB: 06/29/1967). The two passengers identified themselves as Summer Carroll (W/F DOB: 05/31/1980) and Worth Mccullough (B/M DOB: 07/07/1960). While speaking with Carroll, she advised that she placed a crack pipe underneath the driver's seat. For that reason, a search of the vehicle was conducted. The crack pipe which Carroll described, was located underneath the driver's seat where she admitted to placing it. Additionally, a burnt metal pipe, with copper scouring pad placed in one end, was located wedged directly next to the seat belt buckle of the driver's seat. This type of pipe is commonly used to ingest crack cocaine. The location of the pipe was visible to anyone who would have occupied the driver's seat. Additionally, anyone who would have buckled the seatbelt in the driver's seat would have nearly had to touch the metal pipe in order to buckl
