for Protection Against Stalking or Cyberstalking issued pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 784.0485, or a foreign protection order accorded
full faith and credit pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 741.315, by possession of firearms, contrary to the provisions of
Section 784.0487(4), Florida Statutes.
COUNT 2
JUSTIN DANIEL PARRISH on September 14, 2022, in the County of Clay and the State of Florida, did willfully violate an Injunction
for Protection Against Stalking or Cyberstalking issued pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 784.0485, or a foreign protection order accorded
full faith and credit pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 741.315, by coming within 500 feet of victims’ residence, contrary to the provisions of
Section 784.0487(4), Florida Statutes.
