Plaintiff seeks to continue trial to May 2017. On October 19, 2016, the Court continued

trial to May 2017 pursuant to a stipulation entered into by Plaintiff and Defendants Maria
14
Harkavy and Casey Bryanne Harkavy. The stipulation was entered by the Court in error as
15
Defendants/Cross-Complainants Merck Sharp, Dohme Corp., and Tareq Ahmadzai (“Opposing
16
Parties”) had not agreed to the stipulation. Because the continuance was granted, Plaintiff seeks

to have the trial continuance affirmed by this Court.

Plaintiff argues that a continuance is warranted since Plaintiff is undergoing wrist surgery
19
in or before January 2017 for injuries caused by the subject collision. Plaintiff's wrist surgery
20
was to performed in October 2016, however, Plaintiff injured her back one month prior to
24
surgery and was required to continue surgery until January 2017. Plaintiff states that following
22
wrist surgery, Plaintiff may also undergo shoulder surgery. Plaintiff contends that as a result of
23
