The parties hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. That Defendant(s) is/are indebted to Plaintiff in the amounts of $172,070.91
principal, plus $5,831.64 pre-judgment interest, $532.70 court costs and $1,000.00 attorney’s

fees for a total of $179,435.25.
2. That Plaintiff shall stay further prosecution of this case pending a payment of |
$179,435.25 to bepaidbyDefendants toPlaintiffas follows: $2,990.59 permonth commencing
April 1, 2022 with successive payments due on or before the 1" day of each month thereafter

until the total sum of$179,435.25 is paid in full. Upon receipt and clearance ofthe final |
payment, Plaintiff shall shall dismiss this case with prejudice.

any of the parties will be sufficient and of the same effect as an original.
6, The parties acknowledge that cach party and/or its counsel has materially
participated in the drafting of this Agreement and consequently the rule of contract interpretation i
that, and ambiguities if any in, the writing be construed against the drafter, shall not apply.

with the above.
