              On March 22, 2017, Defendant Burlington Coat Factory of Texas Inc. (“Defendant”)

     served Plaintiff Bertha Ruiz (“Plaintiff”) with Form Interrogatories (Set One), Special

     Interrogatories (Set One), Request for Production of Documents (Set One), and Request for

     Admissions (Set One). (Aviv L. Tuchman Decl. ¥ 5.) Plaintiff has not provided any responses to

     date. (Id. at } 8.)

             Defendant’s unopposed motions to compel responses to Form Interrogatories (Set One),

     Special Interrogatories (Set One), and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) are
a    granted. (CCP §§ 2030.290 and 2031.300.) Plaintiff is ordered to provide verified responses to
