              Having considered the moving, opposing, and reply            briefs re: Defendant’s     Motion to

     Recall and   Quash    Wfit of Execution and Demand for Reimbursement, and oral argument of

     counsel, the Court finds, adjudges and orders as follows:


              Defendant 5 Star Janitorial,   Inc.’s   motion   is   gamed. That Wn’t ofExecution issued and

     filed under   this   case number in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 22, 2022                is   recalled


     and quashed.    Plaintifi‘,   CREDITORS ADJUSTMENT BUREAU,                    and   its   counsel, are ordered to


     reimburse Defendant, 5       STAR JANITORIAL, INC., the funds that were levied on Defendant’s

     bank account in the amount of $19,362. 18, within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
