                      In this action, Petitioner Patricia Welcome (“Petitioner”) filed a petition for writ of mandate
     22
               compelling Respondent Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (“HACLA”) to set aside its
     23
               decision terminating her Section 8 rent subsidy. On April 26, 2017, the Court granted the petition
     24
               and ordered HACLA to     set aside its decision.    Petitioner now moves for an award of attorney’s
     25
          od   fees in the amount of $24,450 under 42 U.S.C. § 1988.
