This matter came before the Court upon a Stipulation for Final Judgment filed on or
about December 12, 2022. The Court has also learned that the matter has been scheduled for a
hearing on February 3, 2023 in the Residential Foreclosure Division.
Although the style of the case establishes the 4" Circuit Court, a reading of the
allegations shows that this is clearly a matter of less than $ 15,000. It is, therefore, not within the
jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1 The hearing scheduled for February 3, 20223 in the Foreclosure Division is
CANCELED.
2. This matter is TRANSFERRED to the County Court of Duval County.
3. The Clerk of Court shall take such administrative steps as may be necessary to assign
this matter to the Administrative Judge of the County Court for such further assignment
as may be appropriate.
