On 9/10/22 at 1710, | was working in the capacity of a JAAPD Police Officer when | was dispatched to an Assault
at the Alpha 4
Concourse.
Upon my arrival at the scene, | made contact with the suspect, Kendrick Crabtree and the victim, Tasha Robinson.
l asked the victim was she Battered by the suspect and she stated “No.”
I then requested Airport Control to review the cameras to determine if a Battery had occurred.
Airport Control advised me that at 1703, the suspect Is seen pushing the victim down into a seat.
Video Footage also reveals the suspect slightly slapping the victim on both sides of her face in a non aggressive manner.
The suspect also attempted to take the victim's cell phone.
While | was conducting my investigation, the suspect stated that he did not push his wife.
The suspect was highly intoxicated and he had a bottle of Corona Beer in his hand.
The suspect was handcuffed, arrested and taken to the JAAPD Police Room for completion of an Arrest Docket.
The witnesses, Tekeria McKnight and Krystl Skinner were interviewed and both witnesses stated that they observed the suspect
push the victim down in a seat.
It should be noted that the suspect and victim do not reside together however, they are dating and had just returned from a
cruise.
It should also be noted that once the suspect was placed under arrest, the victim became uncooperative and refused to write a
written statement.
The suspect was advised of his Constitutional Rights and booked into the Pre-Trial Detention Facility.
