On 12/16/2022, | responded to 4613 Philips Highway (Probation & Parole Office) for a drug investigation.
l arrived and met with Probation & Parole Officer Kelly Potter #35695. Officer Potter provided the following written narrative:
“The offender is currently on probation for the offense of Cts 1-3 Grand Theft in Baker County case# 022021CF000431AXXXXX.
On 12/16/2022 at approximately 9:53AM, the offender reported for the month of December. Upon her arrival she was randomly
selected for a person search. Inside of a makeup bag in her possession was a small tin container. Inside, Officer Mixon located a
small baggie with a white powdery substance Inside. Upon questioning, the offender admitted it was fentanyl. Further a baggie
with xanax tablets was also located. Based on the offender's possession of narcotics, the offender was. warrantless arrested for
Violation of Probation (s. 948.02)."**
Buffie Simpson (suspect) was read Constitutional Rights via card and stated she understood. The suspect admitted to having
fentany! in her purse along with Xanax without a prescription. The probatlonary office assisted me testing the substances which
revealed positive for fentanyl. DRUG ID was utilized to Identify the three blue round pills also belonging to the suspect as
Alprazolam (Xanax) X3.
| facilitated Officer Kelly Potter in searching the suspect. The suspect was then transported to the PTDF.
Case cleared by arrest.
