            Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Caleb Hoesing, who, first being duly sworn, deposes and
            says:

            1         Iam the attorney for Plaintiff in the above styled cause, and am authorized to make this Affidavit on the
                      Plaintiff's behalf.
                      This affidavit is given on the basis of the affiant having knowledge pertaining to the above-styled action, and
                      more particularly to the fact that the defendants are unknown and therefore cannot be found within this state for
                      service of summons. Afifiant states that a claim exists against the unknown parties defendant(s) in respect to.
                      whom the service is to be made, and that they are necessary or proper parties to the action.
                      That defendant(s) are unknown, and are subject to constructive service by publication pursuant to Fla.R.Civ.P.
                      1.070(d) and Section 49.071, Florida Statutes.
                      That affiant has reason to believe that there are persons who are or may be interested in the subject matter of the
                      action or proceedings, whose names, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to the affiant. A copy of
                      Plaintiff's Affidavit of Diligent Search and Inquiry is attached hereto as Exhibit "A.”
                      That said unknown parties may have an interest as THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES,
                      DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS
                      WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES BUCKHOLTS, DECEASED.
                      That in order to notify these unknown parties of the instant foreclosure action it is necessary to effectuate service
                      by publication.
                                                                     VERIFICATION

                           Under Penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing Affidavit for Service by Publication, and
            the facts stated in it are true on 23 day of December, 2022.
