    Dear Blair –

    Attached are all of the executed documents that must be filed with DFPI in order to transfer custody (but not ownership)
    from Ms. Porthier, to Scott Carlton, of this firm, who is based on California.

    According to DFPI’s website, Arbor One itself, via its registered portal, must file these documents.

   Please confirm that:

        (1) Mr. McDermott, or counsel acting on his behalf, will immediately file the attached documents, as required by
            Justice Reed’s Order, and will provide me with proof of filing; and
        (2) Immediately upon making the required filing, Ms. Porthier will transfer the genuine stock certificates for Arbor
            One to Mr. Carlton, as also required by Justice Reed’s ruling.

   Should your client (or counsel acting on his behalf) fail to take these required actions, we will be left with no choice but
   to seek a contempt Order from Justice Reed.
