NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and is now pending
in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Queens upon the Summons and
Complaint of the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendant 2018 Li Lin Realty,
LLC for demolition, excavation, and construction work, commenced by 2018 Li Lin Realty, LLC
on its property, which consequently caused damages to the above-named Plaintiff’s property.
AND, NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the premises described herein were, at the time
of the commencement of this action and at the time of the filing of this notice, situated in the
County of Queens and State of New York.
The Clerk of the County of Queens, is directed to index this Notice against Block 3096,
Lot 64 on the Tax on the Tax Map of Queens County against the above-named defendant, 2018 LI
LIN REALTY, LLC.
