On August 15, 2018, the Court considered Plaintiff Mary Kay Inc.’s Motion for Further
Protective Order (the “Motion”), filed on August 3, 2018. The Court hereby GRANTS in part and
DENIES in part Plaintiff Mary Kay Inc.’s Motion.
IT IS ORDERED that Mary Kay may designate as “Attorney Eyes Only” any documents
or communications between Mary Kay and its current or former independent beauty consultants
relating to Ms. xxxxxxx or concerning the solicitations sent by or on behalf of Ms. xxxxxxx.
IT IS ORDERED that all other relief sought by Mary Kay’s Motion is denied.
