STIPULATED AWARD
Claimant RIMON, P.C. (“Rimon”), and Respondent WHITMAN PARTNERS, L.P.
(Whitman Partners”), through their respective counsel of record, do hereby agree and stipulate as
follows:
1. Rimon is a law firm that provided legal services pursuant to a written
engagement agreement dated April 7, 2015 (“Agreement”). Paragraph 8 of the Agreement
contained a provision that required the resolution of any disputes through binding arbitration.
2. A dispute arose concerning the amount of attorneys’ fees and costs owed to
Rimon. The partiesselected Marisa Ratinoff, a third-party neutral arbitrator affiliated with MSR
Dispute Resolution, to serve as the sole arbitrator for this dispute.
3. Rimon filed a Demand for Arbitration. In its pre-hearing brief, Rimon
sought a total of $57,450.67 from Whitman Partners, In its pre-hearing brief, Whitman Partners
disputed that it.owed this amount to Rimon. The parties submitted evidence and identified
witnesses whom they contended would provide testimony in support of their respective positions,
4, A hearing on the merits was scheduled to occur on December 28, 2016.
Before the hearing on the merits was held, the parties engaged in arms-length negotiations in an
effort to resolve this dispute. The parties thereafter agreed to resolve this dispute on the following

terms: Whitman Partners shall pay to Rimon the total amount of $44,850 (Forty-Four Thousand
Eight Hundred and Fifty Dollars),
5. | Once Rimon receives the $44,850, all claims between Rimon and Whitman
Parties or any related. Parties will be extinguished.
