                        26                 This case concerns an auto v. step-van accident on the Golden State Freeway (I-5

                        27 southbound) on October 3, 2015. Defendant Shant Nazaryan collided with the rear of plaintiffs'
                        28 food truck-type van, causing it to overturn on its side. The police report states Mr. Nazaryan was
