LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, MARIA MIANO-SICILIANO, of Lake Ariel, PA, Pennsylvania, declare this to be the This is
the 2nd Codicil to my Will which was signed on August 3, 2020 Codicil to my Last Will and
Testament which was executed by me on January 02, 2023.
I delete from such Will ARTICLE IV, SECTION 4 RELATED TO DARIO SANTORO in its
entirety. I substitute the following in its place: 1 % (One Percent) of the Residue of my estate
which was to be distributed to my brother, Dario Santoro, pursuant to the August 3, 2020 First
Codicil to my Will is hereby revoked and shall be distributed to my Granddaughter, NICOLE
DOERRIE, in addition to the 33% distribution of the Residue as reflected in the August 3,
2020First Codicil to my Will; provided, however, if she fails to survive me, this share of the
residue of my estate shall be distributed to his descendants who survive me per stirpes, or if no
such descendant survives me, to the other beneficiaries named in this Article who are entitled to
receive a portion of my estate in proportion to their share of the overall distribution being made.
Except as expressly modified or changed by this Codicil, I approve, ratify and affirm my Will
dated January 02, 2023.
